About Us

Christie is a Toronto based Chartered Professional Accountant who helps business owners and entrepreneurs navigate accounting and taxation with clarity and confidence. She provides books-to-tax solutions designed to make accounting easy, reliable, and stress free.

With more than a decade of accounting experience, Christie began her career in industry as a staff accountant managing day-to-day finance operations. She transitioned to public accounting in 2013 and discovered her passion for working with owner-managed businesses. Over the years, she noticed the same challenges repeating for many clients, which inspired her to build a service model that brings bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax together in one place.

Munro CPA’s books-to-tax approach combines Christie’s practical experience running corporate finance operations with her public practice background. This blend allows her to offer full service accounting solutions that give clients clean books, timely filings, and confidence in their numbers.

Christie has also completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program, which supports her ability to provide thoughtful tax guidance to her clients.

Outside of work, Christie is a mom of two who is often found in the kitchen with an Ina Garten cookbook in hand. She is a Toronto Maple Leafs fan, a supporter of the arts, and a devoted British Shorthair cat snuggler.
